Follow-up requests for people over 65

Its objective is to connect people over 65 registered in Madrid with people from Voluntari @ s in Madrid, to request some (accompaniments that promote relationships and friendship, procedures, outings, visits to the doctor, etc.) that must be provided and be attended to as quickly as possible.

The app first shows its users what type of follow-up they want to request through icons. The types of monitoring are:

• Medical consultations

• Pets (walks or visits to the vet)

• Leisure activities and free time

• Hospital follow-up

• Others

Once the desired follow-up icon is marked in the window, the application directs the user to a form that collects a series of data that will be used to publish their request:

• Day (calendar display),

• Time (dropdown list with hours),

• Follow-up direction (free text)

• Additional indications (free text)

When a volunteer agrees to carry out the requested follow-up, a chat will appear for the (older) user to specify the details.

Users will have a button to CANCEL the follow request if necessary.
